  They say that home is where the heart is…

Lexa recently moved back to where she was born and raised, the beach side  suburb of Bondi in Sydney, Australia. It brought back many wonderful childhood memories, including her decision to publish a book in memory of her mother.

Born with a curious and questioning mind, Lexa drove her parents crazy from a young age forever asking, “But why is it …” Her questioning has never stopped, which drew her to a diverse range of formal and self-education and at times, extreme experiences which included three years of sky diving.

She prefers to live near water as it has a calming effect on her somewhat overactive mind.

Lexa has one daughter who is currently a screenwriter, so they often have lengthy chats and e-mails on their upcoming projects.

Recently Lexa worked feverishly for a year with her brother, tracing their ancestry to Ireland, Scotland, England, and Germany. They uncovered a few family secrets and produced a 500-page book to pass down through the generations.

With other projects in mind, she looks forward to travelling throughout the world to create them.

She believes if you don’t have scars; emotional or physical, you have not crossed the lines in life.

A wonderful gift for a mother, friends or yourself.
